British Transport Police – North Western Area
Collins McHugh carried out a CSR review for this organisation to establish via a ‘gap analysis’ any areas for improvement in their approach to the Community, Environment, Marketplace, and Workplace.
The report highlighted a number of areas of great strength as well as recommending a more structured approach to the environment, where it was suggested that improved practices could lead to cost savings that could be reallocated into more customer focussed activity.
Having identified diversity as an area of strength within the Force and suggested and managed an Awards for Excellence entry based on the outstanding work within the Force, it gave us immense pleasure to see BTP gain national recognition at the National Gala Dinner on the 12th July, attended by HRH The Prince of Wales.
“Collins McHugh have been a pleasure to work with, their objective viewpoint has both identified key areas for us to work on, but also focussed on key operational strengths. Being shortlisted for the National Example of Excellence has already increased our momentum and focus on a key operational area for the Force. I am delighted with the partnership we have formed with Collins McHugh.”
