Hewden

Plant and Equipment hire company Hewden had a history of great H&S management, were making some good transport innovations but needed to bring this together more strategically and drive forward the corporate responsibility agenda in a more structured format.

Over a twenty day engagement across two months we pulled together the internal strands of responsible business practice into a 24 page Corporate Responsibility Report and four page sales 'flyer', engaged with selected stakeholder groups and produced an action plan to take forward corporate responsibility within the organization, further reducing costs and driving sales.

Additionally we produced the Company's carbon footprint, detailing major impact areas and opportunities for improvement.
