Corporate Responsibility Benchmarking

Looking at your performance in the Community, Environment, Marketplace, and Workplace we will help you benchmark your responsible business performance. We then provide a gap analysis and suggest ways in which your organisational performance may improve via improvements in your corporate responsibility. This varies enormously from company to company including stakeholder engagement panels for your customers, diversity programmes, volunteering activity to senior Board level training on the benefits of an active Corporate Responsibility programme.

CSR Workshops

Half-day workshops on the benefits of an active CSR programme. These workshops can be generic covering all key areas, increasingly however they tend to focus on specific areas of interest to a business including, for example, customer and supplier relationships, diversity, and community engagement.

Each workshop will be designed on a bespoke basis in line with your organisational requirements.

Environmental Programmes
