Plant and Equipment hire company Hewdens had a history of great H&S management, were making some good transport innovations but needed to bring this together more strategically and drive forward the corporate responsibility agenda in a more structured format.

Over a 20 day engagement across 2 months we pulled together the internal strands of responsible business practice into a 24 page Corporate Responsibility Report and 4 page sales ‘flyer’. As part of the process we engaged with selected stakeholder groups and produced an action plan to take forward corporate responsibility within the organization, further reducing costs and driving sales.

Additionally we produced the Company’s carbon footprint, detailing major impact areas and opportunities for improvement.
