As part of Speedy's dynamic growth plans to quadruple turnover in 8 years, Collins McHugh have helped establish Corporate Social Responsibility Guiding Principles and Policies at a strategic level to support and enhance the plans for growth.

Linked to key business priorities Collins McHugh has worked with the Group to structure its approach to CSR to enhance its brand values, its staff retention rates, and its marketing position in line with potential customers. We are also delighted to have formulated the production of the Company's first CSR Report.

Collins McHugh is now working with the Group to help establish them in the Sunday Times Top 100 ‘Companies that Count’ annual Index on Corporate Responsibility over the next two years.

Speedy voted by a peer group of national and international businesses to have an outstanding marketing campaign in the shape of the ‘Safety from the Ground Up’ programme. Safety from the Ground Up aims to enhance safety on keys areas of activity such as Working from Height, Hand Arm Vibration, Dust and Noise. Areas which can adversely effect the health of people at site level throughout the industry and costs companies substantial amounts of money through lost working time.
• Sunday Times Top 100 ‘Companies that Count’ – Speedy entered the much sought after Top 100 in the Index published in the Sunday Times this May ('07) a year ahead of schedule.
