Client:

FourNet is an award-winning provider of cloud, contact centre, communication and security services, delivering digital transformation and customer experience solutions for some of the most secure, critical and commercially driven organisations in the UK today.

Challenge:

FourNet, well aware of how improved ESG performance would help win them tenders, and subsequently support their clients who wanted to build on their ESG framework to maximise on the work already taking place.

Solution:

Collins McHugh collaborated with the ESG Performance lead at FourNet to create a strategic framework and maximise the impact of their current work. This included updating and adding to the existing policy framework, identifying a baseline carbon footprint for the organisation and producing FourNet's first Responsible Business Report covering social value and carbon.
