Forecasting and Evaluating
Many contracts now require you to put a projection within your tender of the scale of social value you will deliver over the contract period. With an increased weighting in tenders for social value becoming a common feature, it’s important that you give it the focus is deserves.
You will also need to demonstrate how you intend to deliver social value, it’s a good idea, and may gain you some bonus points too, to demonstrate at point of tender how you will track and report on it.
